For those interested, I do a lot of crafts. Knitting and crochet, mostly.
If you’re interested in any of these, I’m happy to work to custom orders. I do need to charge in order to recoup costs of materials, but I’ll discuss that with you before I start.
I spend a great deal of time with migraines doing things that occupy my hands while my brain checks out. Sometimes this includes adorable knit stuffed animals like this bunny. I’ve only made a handful of stuffed animals from the book of patterns I have, and I definitely plan to make as many more as I can.
I make whatever crafts come to mind, like this pendant pouch which holds a small assortment of sewing or crocheting tools. The front pouch has a functional flap, while the back pocket is open for larger items like my scissors and ruler. Both pockets are the same size, with a cord to go around the neck so I can have my hands free to sew or knit. I’ve made a couple of these in different sizes, but they start looking tacky if they get larger than a standard credit card.
My cats have stolen the blankets I’ve made, so eventually I made them some cat toys to distract them.
These mittens were an immediate hit when I made them for a friend, and I liked them so much I immediately made a pair for myself as well. I haven’t found a hat that quite matches them yet, but I’ll keep looking or eventually make one myself!
